Ravenswood Hotel

Address: 65 Lloyd Avenue, Ravenswood WA
Owned Since: 1996

The Ravenswood Hotel is situated on the banks of the Murray River in Perth’s Peel region between Mandurah and Pinjarra. It is located approximately 2km from the Forest Highway/Kwinana Freeway entrance, and is 45 minutes from the Perth CBD.

The property was originally constructed as a residence in 1862 before being used as a hotel in the 1880’s.

The Hotel comprises a large bottleshop, two indoor bar areas, a function room, substantial riverside beer garden and fourteen rooms in a freestanding motel block. Recent refurbishments have resulted in a sizeable addition to the attached bottleshop, a doubling in the size of the kitchen and beer garden, as well as the replacement of much of the core infrastructure of the Hotel.

Uniquely the Hotel has over 200m of riverfront and includes two jetties, from which to receive guests by boat.

Live bands are a regular occurrence, and the Ravenswood has hosted acts such as Jimmy Barnes, Kacey Chambers, Screaming Jets and Adam Brand.
